Plenty of things to go and see this quarter starting slightly further further afield with the Ribble Valley International Piano week in July;and then the Lakes District Summer Music- International Festival in August .
The Ribble Valley International Piano Week is an annual Piano Festival featuring stunning pianists from around the world. The Festival is held in the Centenaries Theatre, St Mary's Hall, Stonyhurst College, this year between 10th and 17th of July 2010.
The Artistic directors are Martin Roscoe and Mike George. Their inspirational choices of performers and programmes, has enabled the Festival to gain an enviable reputation as one of the leading events in the North West.
Held in July in the heart of the Ribble Valley, the concerts are an audio and a visual treat!
